AMAZING SERVICE!! As always went above and beyond to get me started with everything I need especially during this difficult time.. We are all trying to adapt and get use to. Kudos to you for opening to the public and having the patients to deal with unpleasant people who just don’t understand how hard it is to SAFELY run a business during the pandemic. Praise and much love thank you once again. My flower beds and planter’s will bloom full of beauty because of you.

I wanted to especially thank Paul Bandiera who has been my go-to sales person at Connon (Waterdown) for three seasons now. Paul has gone the extra mile to help me locate the perfect plants for my tiny, but carefully curated city garden, selecting perfect specimens and enthusiastically sharing new ideas. Salespeople like Paul make Connon's the only place I would ever consider shopping for nursery plants.

As a contractor, I have been dealing with Connon's for well over 25yrs. Whether commercial or residential, the plant material and service have always been top notch. Over the years they have amassed an excellent group of suppliers that clearly have placed them tops in plant selection and quality. Full time or seasonal, returning or new, they have always acquired the best and knowledgeable staff to always be my first choice in recommending them to new customers. Keep up the great work!!

My experience at Connon today was excellent! The building was bright and inviting. The employees were friendly and helpful. The interior layout was extremely pleasant. The value for my purchase today was also surprising!I will definitely return!

I was sent to Connon Nurseries by my contractor last week. Wow, they have an expansive property with an amazing selection of product. I would have been lost, and very nearly left after approaching the contractor's desk, but then they sent Paul over. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my project and then by adding in some personal experience and lending his good eyes for trees, he helped me to achieve the look I really want for my current project. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear but explained various options and dispelled some misconceptions I had. Thank goodness for Paul!

We parked our car and within minutes we were greeted by Paul, a sales associate, who drove up to us in his golf cart and asked if we needed help, which we truly did. We had not been to Connon in over 20 years, and had no idea of how sprawling and potentially intimidating the place could be. Paul took all the worry out of our minds right away. He carefully listened to what we were trying to accomplish at our home, then very thoughtfully gave us his suggestions. He then had us jump on the golf cart and drove us around to the black cedars he was suggesting.We had several other trees in mind to purchase, and Paul VERY patiently drove us around for well over an hour giving us incredible insight into our choices, and making the whole experience both pleasurable and productive. We couldn't have made 1/10th of the progress we made without him. I'm quite sure we would have left that day frustrated without anything accomplished had it not been for the remarkable help we were given.The nursery is beautiful, the stock incredible, the store spacious and inviting, parking is extensive and Connon is easy to get to. We had to drive for 1 hour from our home in Niagara to visit the nursery, and it was worth the effort, and then some. We will be having Connon plant a dozen or so trees on our property in the coming weeks.To paraphrase a well know clothing vendor, "It's worth the drive to Waterdown!"

I am a landscape contractor and for me dealing with Connon has been a great experience from the start! Awesome customer service and in my opinion by far one of the best nurseries in the gta. They have a massive selection of quality grown tree's and plants at good pricing. I would like to also give a shout out to your employee Paul . He has been my go to driver when selecting tree's and plants for my next big project. I Highly recommend him as he is very knowledgeable and just a down right good guy. It has always been a pleasure to visit Connon Nurseries. The facility is always well organized and cared for. They have unusual and sometimes unique plant material that you don't find in other nurseries and garden centres. The staff has always been very friendly and informative whether in person or on the phone.

We are so lucky to have this nursery in the Trenton area. They have a lovely selection of well-kept perennials and annuals, lots of interesting shrubs and a forest of trees. Best of all, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Dee and Julie for all their advice this spring, to Dan and Lisa for the great Saturday morning talks and to the so-organized front desk for being speedy even on a crazy-busy weekend.

I visited here during the long weekend with my Fiance for the time and was blown away by size and atmosphere that they have created. We got a coffee at their cafe and then wandered around the garden center for about an hour just taking in the sheer beauty of what they have set up. Everything is very organized which is surprising for such a big place. We needed help only once to find a Zucchini (which is very popular it seems) and we found an associate who found it and put it on our cart right away. Everyone working there is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. Will be returning shortly to pick up some plants for my front yard.

I wish I could put 6 stars! This place is amazing. Seriously I don't write reviews .. like ever. The selection is absolutely amazing and the staff equally as amazing. You really have to go there and see for yourself what I am talking about! Its like no other.

I have had amazing service recently. I am a new contractor and am working on pricing some jobs coming up at the end of this week. Jo and Samantha worked very hard to have my contractor account set up for me so i can keep working and keep the bills paid!Thanks to the amazing crew at Connons! I'm a very happy contractor!

They have recently renovated this location and it is absolutely stunning!!! They have a HUGE variety of plants, tools, urns, and more! I am a contractor and I absolutely love going here.

The farm location has a vast selection and knowledgeable staff. Plants are well cared for and hogher quality than some competitors. Better for more trees and shrubs than flowers. Planning and help desk is good. Used their great website for much planning of plant types and info. Large parking lot

Not sure it gets any better than this. HUGE selection, helpful and knowledgable staff, and great prices. Super-clean and well organized outdoor showroom and I was amazed that they offer such a great warranty on their trees and shrubs. These guys are pros on every level.

Gorgeous, massive space, but you're paying for it with their prices. Considering they have a very competitive greenhouse less than 5km away from them, they may want to consider pricing themselves accordingly. Some very cool and unique things that are awesome to have locally, however outdoor planters and hanging baskets are almost double what they are at Bajar, and very similar quality. All in all, I highly recommend, but know your prices before buying here.

My wife and I attended the recent series of lectures each Saturday morning for the last 7 weeks. We learned so much and the staff/ lecturers patiently answered all of the audience's questions with great clarity. We turned it into our 'date day' and went out for breakfast and on to the lecture series. It was really enjoyable and come spring we will have many new bulbs popping up all over the yard to remind us of the pleasant people and the great resources.

The largest selection around that I am aware of, lots of large older trees to select from but not the cheapest place around.
